Thank you for using Dipa ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Elena Muntian grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Dipa for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control.
You agree not to modify, adapt, hack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems; use the App unlawfully; or decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software used to provide the App.
2. Your Reflections and App Content
You are responsible for the information you enter into Dipa and for using the resulting affirmations and plans thoughtfully. Dipa provides reflective tools and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
If Dipa offers subscriptions or paid features, payments, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your Apple ID account. Subscription terms presented at purchase apply to the relevant offering. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings.
4. Privacy
Your use of Dipa is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.
5. Updates and Modifications
We may release updates to Dipa, including bug fixes, improvements, and new features. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and take effect upon publication.
6. Termination
You may stop using Dipa at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or where necessary to protect the App, its users, or our rights.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Dipa is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elena Muntian will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of Dipa.
